It’s official: Everard and James Hallam back for more

Here at gpm, we see returning customers as the ultimate compliment. While we were sad to say goodbye to the team at Everard when they were acquired by leading independent broker James Hallam a few years ago – we’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming them back.

“Everard was a client of ours until about two years ago when the parent firm migrated onto another platform,” explains Sharon Stanley, Director at gpm. “They had a bad experience when they left us, as unfortunately the other platform just couldn’t accommodate all their needs. We are very pleased to be able to support them again, as one of James Hallam’s London Market businesses, alongside their other insurance brands.”

The success of the switch to inFOCUS has already opened up opportunities to work even closer with James Hallam – on an international scale. Something all the team here at gpm are incredibly proud of.

“gpm have been really helpful and hands-on in the set-up for our UK London Market operation,” said Paul Trainor, Divisional Director at James Hallam. “So much so, it made complete sense to have them set up the London Market system for our European company as well. I trust gpm to make it happen”.

By making the switch to inFOCUS|HUB the team at James Hallam can waste far less time pondering processes and spend more energy adding value. A move that has already seen them bringing submissions to accounting and settlement in-house, and saving time and expense – all thanks to inFOCUS|HUB’s unique balance of seamless systems integration, access-from-anywhere flexibility and secure sharing capabilities. A complete package you won’t find elsewhere.
