We are proud to announce that gpm is sponsoring this October’s Lloyd’s Market Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. A major City-wide initiative led by Thrive4Life, with the support of Lloyd’s Corporation and the Insurance Families Network.
This important campaign, running throughout October, will reach thousands of employees across the London Market, the City, and beyond.
The aim is simple but vital: make breast and chest self-checks a lifesaving habit.
Campaign Highlights
1. Live Keynote Talk:
Be Breast and Chest Aware: Make Self-Checks a Lifesaving Habit
📍 Lloyd’s Old Library, Thursday 9 October
🥗 Followed by a light networking lunch
2. Streamed Webinar:
Live broadcast on 16 October, with 3 months’ access to the recording, to help reach remote and global teams.
3. Nurse-Led Education Sessions:
Private breast-check education sessions will be offered throughout October, giving employees practical knowledge and confidence.
4. Pop-up Stands:
The opportunity to visit three stands across the Lloyd’s Building to learn more about breast cancer prevalence, take part in the awareness campaign, and be in with a chance to win a free massage.
