As we approach the end of 2024, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the past year and share what’s on the horizon for 2025.
This year has been one of growth, learning, and progress for gpm, with some exciting milestones achieved and bigger plans ahead.
A Look Back at 2024
This year has been all about collaboration, customer success, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with Evoke Management:
Working with Evoke’s Jerry Boersma as our fractional Chief Technology Officer and Bobby Foley as our fractional Chief Financial Officer, has brought fresh insight and supported us shaping and driving forward our strategic goals and growth plans. - Strengthening Relationships with Future Processing:
Partnering with Future Processing has allowed us to learn more about enhancing our products and delivering better outcomes for our customers. - Customer Success:
We welcomed four new customers this year, including some rapid implementations completed in just one and three months. These achievements reflect our commitment to streamlining processes and delivering value quickly. - A Work in Progress:
While we’ve had successes, we’re still tackling some challenges, such as ongoing snagging issues. This is a reminder that improvement is a continuous journey, and we’re committed to learning and doing better every day.
Looking Ahead to 2025
The new year promises to be one of our most exciting yet, with significant milestones and innovations on the horizon.
- End of an Era:
In January, we say goodbye to our Croydon office— we signed a 5 year lease on the office when we took over as new owners, just before COVID struck! While it marks the end of an era, it’s a fond farewell as we focus on the future. - Launching inFOCUS CONTRACT:
A major highlight towards the end of Q1 2025 will be the soft launch of inFOCUS CONTRACT. This new product will initially be rolled out to current customers for user testing and initial feedback. It will mark a significant step forward in our product and tech development. - Placing Platform Integration:
We’re looking forward to receiving Placing Platform data and integrating into our systems in the first half of 2025. This development will provide even more value to our customers through seamless connectivity. - Expanding Our Team:
We’re growing! In 2025, we’ll be expanding our sales and technical teams. Jerry Boersma will play a key role in the implementation of inFOCUS CONTRACT and recruiting a technical lead to drive progress. - Customer Focus:
Customer success remains our priority, and we will be working even closer with our customers in 2025. We’ll continue rolling out HUB and INSIGHT across the board, ensuring all integrations with Velonetic and the London Market are optimised for better data and seamless operations.
