Part of Gallagher, Hayward Aviation are a specialist broker to both business and general aviation. As a long term gpm customer they were already well versed in our ability to make the complicated, simple.
The team at Hayward Aviation recognised that the manual quotation system they had been relying on for a number of years to provide fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft quotations for their clients was holding them back.
Slow. Laborious. Inefficient. And, as with all manual processes, there was a heavy reliance on individuals and a possibility of human error. Hayward Aviation approached us with the view of re-developing the system to create a quote and bind portal for staff use that could later evolve into an online quote and buy system for wholesale and retail.
Our solution
The bespoke quote and bind system we created would go on to become a vital building block of our inFOCUS platform.
By integrating a web-based portal with the existing policy administration system already provided by gpm, we were able to enable the Hayward Aviation team to quickly and easily rate and quote. Beyond this, they can also generate client documentation and maintain a consistent approach throughout the entire policy lifestyle.
As with all gpm solutions, this approach is designed to be flexible, scalable and ultimately futureproof. For Hayward Aviation this means the long-term potential of moving beyond using this portal for fixed wing and rotor wing schemes to bring the rest of the business in-line by adding other schemes in the future.
